1. General Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on our site. They should be read together with any game-specific rules displayed within individual games, as well as our Terms & Conditions and any active promotional terms.
- Each player may hold one account only. If we identify duplicate or related accounts, we reserve the right to void bets and winnings and to close additional accounts in line with our Terms & Conditions.
- You must be 18 years of age or older to open an account and place any bet or wager. We may request proof of age and identity at any time as part of our verification obligations.
- All bets are placed using either your real-money balance or bonus balance, depending on the funds available in your account and the order of use set out in the applicable bonus terms.
- A bet is considered final once it has been confirmed and accepted by our game server. Once a bet is placed and accepted, it cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn by the player.
- We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any bet at our sole discretion where we reasonably believe that an error, technical fault or breach of our terms has occurred.
- All games on our site are operated using a certified random number generator (RNG) or, in the case of live dealer games, physical dealing and drawing equipment. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by us or by any player.
- It is your responsibility to ensure that you understand the rules, paytable and stake levels of a game before you begin play. Game-specific rules are accessible within each game's help or information menu.
2. How Bets and Spins Are Settled
Every wager you place - whether on a slot, table game, instant-win game or any other product - is settled according to the rules below. These rules apply equally to real-money and bonus-balance play.
2.1 Game Server Result Is Final
The result recorded and displayed by the game server at the conclusion of a round is the definitive and final result. Where a discrepancy arises between the result shown on your screen and the result held on the game server, the server result shall prevail. This applies to all game types, including slots, table games, video poker and live dealer games.
2.2 In-Game Rules and Paytables
Each game has its own set of rules, paytable and pay lines or pay ways. These are accessible through the game's help or information screen. Winnings are calculated and paid strictly in accordance with the paytable that was active at the time the bet was placed. It is your responsibility to check the paytable and rules before playing.
2.3 Return to Player (RTP)
The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is displayed within the game's information section or help menu. The RTP is a statistical calculation based on a very large number of rounds and does not guarantee any particular outcome in a single session or series of sessions. Actual returns will vary.
- RTP figures are set by the game provider and verified by independent testing laboratories.
- Some games may feature variable RTP depending on the stake level, feature selection or bet configuration. Where this applies, the game's help screen will explain how the RTP changes.
- Progressive jackpot contributions, where applicable, may be funded from each bet and may affect the base-game RTP. Details are shown within the game.
3. Malfunctions and Disconnections
Technical issues can occasionally affect gameplay. The rules below set out how we handle malfunctions and disconnections to ensure fair treatment.
3.1 Malfunctions
A malfunction is any fault in the game software, hardware, network or display that corrupts or interrupts a game round in a way that prevents a valid result from being determined. In the event of a malfunction:
- A malfunction voids all pays and play for the affected round or rounds.
- Any bets placed during the affected round will be refunded to your account balance.
- If a malfunction occurs during a bonus feature or free-spins sequence, the entire feature may be voided and the triggering bet refunded.
- We will make reasonable efforts to identify and notify affected players, but it remains your responsibility to report any irregularity you notice during play.
3.2 Disconnections
If your internet connection drops or you are disconnected from a game during an active round, the following applies:
- For slot games and RNG table games, the round will be completed on the game server regardless of the disconnection. When you reconnect and reopen the game, the result of the completed round will be displayed and any winnings credited to your account.
- For games with player decisions (such as blackjack or video poker), the game will resume from the point of disconnection when you reconnect. If the game cannot be resumed, it may be settled according to the game's default rules - for example, the dealer may complete the hand and settle according to the standing rules.
- For live dealer games, the round will continue in real time. If you are disconnected during a live round, any bets already placed will stand, and the round will be settled as normal. You will not be able to place further bets on that round until you reconnect.
- If a disconnection occurs during a bonus feature or free-spins round, the feature will resume or complete on the server. The outcome will be available when you reopen the game.
We are not liable for losses caused by connection issues on your side, including failures of your internet service, device or local network. We recommend playing on a stable connection and keeping your device and browser up to date.
4. Bonus Play
When you play with bonus funds - whether from a welcome offer, a reload promotion, free spins or any other bonus - additional rules apply on top of the general rules set out above. Full details are always provided in the specific bonus terms, which you should read before opting in.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement, and the deadline for meeting it, are stated in the bonus terms.
- A maximum bet limit applies while you have an active bonus. The maximum permitted stake per round or per bet is set out in the bonus terms. Exceeding this limit may result in the bonus and any related winnings being voided.
- Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements. Game contribution rates vary and are specified in the bonus terms. Some games may be excluded entirely. It is your responsibility to check which games contribute and at what rate before you play.
- Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately in your account. The order in which balances are used - and what happens to remaining bonus funds upon a withdrawal request - is set out in the bonus terms and our Terms & Conditions.
- We reserve the right to void bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if we determine that the bonus has been used in a way that is inconsistent with the spirit of the offer or in breach of our terms. This includes, but is not limited to, irregular play patterns, low-risk betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements, and the use of multiple accounts.
5. Live Casino and Table Games
Live casino games are hosted by trained dealers in real time and streamed to your device. Because these games involve physical equipment and real-time dealing, additional rules apply alongside the general rules above.
5.1 Dealer Decisions
The dealer manages each round according to the game's published rules. Dealer decisions - including the acceptance or refusal of late bets, the handling of mis-deals or irregularities, and the management of the physical game equipment - are guided by the game provider's procedures and are final in respect of that round. Where a dispute arises about a dealer action, the matter will be looked into using the game provider's video and log records.
5.2 Betting Windows and Late Bets
Each live game round has a defined betting window during which bets may be placed. Once the betting window closes - indicated on-screen by a visual or audio cue - no further bets will be accepted for that round. Any bet submitted after the window has closed will be rejected and the stake returned. Network latency may occasionally mean that a bet you believe you placed in time is rejected; in such cases the rejection is final.
5.3 Game-Specific Rules
Each live table has its own set of rules covering bet types, side bets, payout odds, minimum and maximum stakes, and any special features. These rules are available within the game's help or information screen and may differ between tables even within the same game type. You should familiarise yourself with the rules of a particular table before placing a bet.
- Roulette: rules for announced bets, neighbour bets and special payouts vary by variant (European, French, Speed, etc.). Check each table's help screen.
- Blackjack: rules regarding doubling, splitting, insurance, side bets and the number of decks vary by table. Payout odds, including whether blackjack pays 3:2 or 6:5, are displayed at each table.
- Baccarat: commission rates, side-bet options and squeeze or no-squeeze variants differ between tables. Payout information is shown in the game interface.
- Game shows and other live games: each title has unique mechanics and rules. Always consult the in-game help for a full explanation of bet types, bonus rounds and payouts.
In the event of a technical issue during a live game - such as a camera failure, equipment fault or stream interruption - the game provider's procedures will apply. Rounds may be voided, paused or completed depending on the nature and timing of the issue. Where a round is voided, stakes will be returned.
6. Disputes and Complaints
If you believe that a game round has been settled incorrectly, or if you experience any issue with a bet, spin or hand, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible so that the matter can be looked into promptly.
6.1 How to Raise a Dispute
To raise a dispute about a specific game round, please contact our support team by e-mail at support@casinobubblesbet.co.uk or via live chat. To help us investigate as quickly as possible, please include the following details:
- Your username or account e-mail address.
- The name of the game in question.
- The date and approximate time of the round or bet.
- The round ID or transaction reference, if available (this can usually be found in your account history).
- A clear description of the issue and why you believe the outcome was incorrect.
6.2 Investigation and Resolution
Once we receive your dispute, we will look into the matter using our game server logs and, where applicable, the game provider's records. We aim to respond with an initial acknowledgement promptly and to provide a full outcome as soon as reasonably practicable. If the investigation requires input from a third-party game provider, this may take additional time, and we will keep you informed of progress.
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your dispute, you may escalate your complaint in accordance with our Complaints Policy. Details of our complaints process, including the independent alternative dispute resolution (ADR) service available to you, are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
